LO-CARB LOWFAT ZIPPY-SOUP for 2 Lovely golden color from the egg.
Combine:
2 C. Chix stock (de-fatted, reserve fat for doggies) 1 C. Minced chicken (the eensy bits left from major carvings/processings) 1/2 C. Brown Jasmine Rice, cooked (leftovers of course) 1 Jalapeno-pickeld egg, chopped 2 T. Jalapeno-pickling juice 1 shake oregano
Season to taste. Second egg OK if more protein/zip needed. I'm not on lo-carb so I added a bit more rice to mine at serving time (cools soup).
