Don't worry about Shane suing you. He won't go near the law, as he has five outstanding DUI charges, and owes child support with three women. (Imagine little "future Shanes" out there lurking).

When he got caught by police rading a grow op house...he was stealing weed not growing it. Sure he ratted on the owners to get off, but they would never take him on. ..police did a return favour by turning a blind eye (at the time) to his other illegal exploits. And, they didn't even search his kit bags, he had full of stolen weed.
