OK But I get home after dark so it will have to wait until Saturday. It is sheets ( 3'x4')of Styrofoam about an inch thick that were attached to the base of the house to cement. I assume it was for insulation. The sunroom was built over this side (the back of the house). There is no sign that it was nailed unless the nails are under the siding. I will look.
