It's that time again.... I combined the Tavern and the Calendar because I need a drink!
I spent a great deal of time yesterday trying to start up this thread with links to a lovely picture of a robin but my computer is still playing silly B's and won't let me make a blicky... I don't know why and it's no use asking me to explain because I can't. It just won't let me paste the link in.
Anniehoo.... There's been a robin in my garden for the past 2 days, showing off his new red waistcoat (they moult in autumn so hide in the undergrowth until they're fit to be seen again) and shouting 'this bit is my bit of garden' to all and sundry. My tits are, however, unperturbed and continue to scatter their sunflower seeds across the path.

In the meantime, dust off the squid and get the stockings ready for St Nicholas's visit on Sunday. Black Peter can join me at the bar for a large rum and shrub... just mind the duck.
