We knew Jim way back when as a good friend at New Bedford Vocational High School 1961 thru 1965. He majored in Machine shop with me. He also played football and collected records and LP's. I do not recall Jim having musical talent then but we are happy to learn that found his calling. In 1982 when he first moved to England he wrote me and explained that he was playing an instrument similar to the French Horn. He was busy with "gigs" and playing with a large London orchestra. His singing and playing Chariots on his custom made hammered dulcimer is a wonderful tribute to his superior musical ingenuity and talent. May the Good Lord keep Jim in his care until we meet again.
