Actually, the smaller planes fly lower, so they don't have to pressurize as much. I got all this from a pilot. I asked him because I have one eustachian tube that gets blocked on planes with some regularity. So the ambient pressure on a small plane is higher, but you'd also cause a lot more damage if you, uh, decompressed.
