Indeed, Bill, I know they are too. They are people for whom I have every respect. I have exchanged views with them on other matters since the falling-out and have no wish to return to any situation of hostility or resentment. I am, as you have appreciated, just simply interested in how & why they view a difference and a distinction in the two situations.
