HELP !!!!!!!!!!
I will be spending Christmas with my daughter and son in law in America, and I am hoping for any information on folk clubs, or on informal music/singing sessions, that might welcome a visiting Mudcatter .........either in Newburgh, NY (where I will mostly be) or near to Newburgh, or in Manhatten, New York City. Information on folk concerts, or other folk events, would also be most welcome.
The relevant dates that I am interested in are from Dec 17th. to Dec 28th. It would be nice to meet up with any American mudcatters in these areas too.
Failing that, if a friendly Mudcatter could point me in the direction of relevant websites, or newspaper publications containing this information, which I could purchase on my arrival, that would be very helpful, also !!
Keeping fingers crossed here that a kindly mudcatter (or two, or three!) will respond to my request. Thanks in advance.
