Subject: RE: Songs from Kids Shows, that you remember
I'm going back to Sesame Street, here. This is one of my favorite songs, written by the Late, Great, Joe Raposo for the first season, back in 1969:

Sing
Sing a song
Sing out loud
Sing out strong
Sing of good things, not bad
Sing of happy, not sad

Sing
Sing a song
Make it simple
To last your whole life long
Don't worry that it's not good enough
For anyone else to hear
Just sing --
Sing a song.

And then, there's the classic written by David Axlerod and Sam Pottle (1974) that could be Mudcat's theme song:

(link to a YouTube video, from the Sesame Street Channel):

La-di-da-di-dum, la-di-da-dum...
What's the name of that song?
It goes la-di-da-di-dum, la-di-da-di-dum...
Something, something "Birds,"
La-di-da-dum, la-di-da-di--
I wish I remembered the words!
