June 11-13, 2010 - 31st Annual Sea Music Festival - Mystic Seaport Museum

We're working hard again to feature a remarkable group of fellows, "The Barrouallie Whalers" from the Eastern Caribbean, authentic longshore whalers who sing shanties like "Johnny Come Down with a Hilo" and "Blow the Man Down" and tell stories of whales, sharks, squalls, and many incidents of their lives. Some appearead at Mystic in 2002; having travelled to the Netherlands and France since their visit to Mystic, they're even better on stage now than in 2002.
