"Can you imagine any of today's college jocks (a) calling themselves the Whiffenpoofs, and (b) singing Baa Baa Baa with a straight face?

Doesn't that imply that the song in question is the reverse of "wimpy"? And that it is the "college jocks", panic-stricken at the thought off singing it, who are wimps? But that is hardly surprising, I suppose.
