JD, a nonversation is much more sophisticated than that. It's two pro's using certain words their counterparts will understand to mean certain things that need not be specific to the situation not being discussed. It's much more adroit than even using a "hypothetical." Hard to describe, but many pro's will know what I am talking about. They just may now know that a word has been coined about it, or have a different coined word.
