Doctor rings for a plumber to fix a leaky toilet cistern on Christmas day. Plumber says 'C'mon, Doc. You don't expect me to come out on Christmas day do you?'. Doctor replies 'If you was ill I would come out so what is the difference?'

Plumber agrees and turns up at the Doc's shortly after. Lifting the cistern lid he pops 2 tablets in and says 'See how that goes and if it is no better in a week call me back.'
