It sounds like Commander Data has finally found the woman he's been looking for. Or he would have if this bloke Andrew Carr hadn't come along. Starfleet should be informed at once, and they could send in a shore party to do away with Carr and replace him with Data. Come to think of it, Captain James T. Kirk was always looking for a woman like that too...
