I will receive a customer satisfaction survey from Ford. I will offer them the MP3 file of the message I was left regarding the box liner that I was charged for in the end deal. The salesman has repeatedly said it was a "miscommunication" and that his manager would not allow it. Absolute bullshit but I paid it as I wanted the deal. We'll see about that. And, we'll see about the $100 AC tax that was on the window sticker... they tacked on the price too.

Fact is, I have the truck. After they cash the cheque, and Ford asks me how I was treated... we'll see what happens. I MAY get an even better deal. Hahahahahaaa... yeah, right.
