Caramels- drool! A bakery in my hometown made soft caramels, cut into cubes, that were unequalled by any I have had since.

Here in Calgary, Bernard Callebaut, a Belgian choclateer, makes caramels (going by your link, Alice, they seem to have the shape of Bequets); they are very good, but not the same as the ones I remember.
