When Straw Dogs came out it was the most powerful movie I had ever seen. Dustin Hoffman once said that he wanted to make a movie that would be so powerful that folks would not want to get up and leave the theater when it was finished. Maybe not the exact words but something close to this. Straw Dogs made me feel this way.
