There was a similar release of a rehabilitated young eagle at this site during the annual Fraser Eagle Fest in November. We viewed the video of the release on our monitor back here in Maine.
The new eagle cams on the tower are now fully operational, and the volunteer operators can pan the cameras, zoom in, and focus on the hundreds of eagles that gather for the fresh salmon take-out.
The website is set up as the Hancock Wildlife Forum. JudyB is a volunteer senior administrator for the website and I get to view only the most interesting images.
