So... five... five tins for Xmas prezzies! Salted Deluxe mixed, salted mixed, cashews, cocktail peanuts and honey roasted peanuts. So, the relatives don't like the fact that I have lost over 60 pounds while they have gotten fatter?

Here's sommat... 50g of cocktail peanuts yield 330 calories. 50 g of honey roasted peanuts yield 320c and have 33% less salt.

Now... I am reading this from the labels... % of daily fibre for coctail is 12% and for honey rasted is 16%.

How can that be? It's driving me... in more ways than one.

(I wonder... if the higher salt content causes more of the fat to stay in the body longer and thus be absorbed, yieliding the extra 10 calories.)
