We forget that deep breathing thing, don't we?:-) Glad you decided on "better living through chemistry" for the time being. Normally I eschew any kinds of meds I don't absolutely have to take, but when things ain't normal they sure do help! I still take a xanax at night.

I did one load of laundry, played a bit with Morgan, went shopping for essentials and for a Sunday drive and that is it!:-)
