You gathered the Country to insist that Woody's come back, which motivated Richard to buy the brand and restart production, which motivated me to help him distribute Woody's to friends on this very thread.

THAT certainly didn't turn out like I thought! I thought I would just help friends get the sauce (and me too), and when it came back on the shelves, that would be the end of it.

Little did I dream that it would become so big, or that I would become part owner and Vice President of the company. I just never imagined it. Remember, as Vice President, my FIRST duty is to keep the business running and the supply continuing, if something happens to the President.

No, Claire, you single-handedly set the stage for the comeback of an American Tradition. You set the stage and worked to save a part of American Life - and you succeeded.

If I had the ear of the President, you would receive a Gold Medal proclaiming you a True American. As it is, if you stop by the "Fancy Foods Show" in San Francisco this January, you'll find a Woody's booth, with me cooking up some steaks and chicken and handing out all the free samples you can eat. I'll be the guy in the Chef's hat - Shy is not a term used to describe me often.
