Neither am I now nor have I ever been in Ulan Bator, Atlantis, Oklahoma, Wimbledon, Frostbite Falls, anyplace in Texas other than Dallas, Nunavit, The Shire, Luna City, anyplace in Florida other than Tampa and Jacksonville, Arkansas, Papeete, Betio, Dien Bien Phu, Hawaii, Ganymede, Ell-One, the Mote, Utopia, Erehwon, Lilliput, Jellystone Park, Lake Baikal, the Purple Onion, Callahan's, Pyongyang, Hazzard, Harvard, Yale, Williams, Brown, Oxford, Berlin, Montenegro, the Sudetenland, The Hague, Basel, Santa Catalina, the Daytona 500, the Kentucky Derby, Johnson City, King's Island, Six Flags, Florence, Lady Mary's House, or a helluva a lot of other places.
