The Grammy decisions are *announced* on the national telecast, which this year will be a bit earlier, end of this month. The decisions are being *made* right now, as those of us who are voting members of NARAS have just until this coming Thursday to get our ballots in before the deadline.
The national TV telecast does not usually include the folk categories, but they ARE broadcast live on the internet at www.grammy.com just before the "regular" telecast takes over.
