Can't tell the difference between weather and climate. There's quite a lot of energy in the atmosphere in order to evaporate water from the oceans and move it around to where it meets cold air and precipites. Think of energy, not temperature.

And the substance GfS refers to is better for the atmosphere than hot internal gases some people generate.
