You can try going to the Noteworthy website. They have a FAQ file page, a User Tips page and a Forum page. I had a quick look through each but couldn't find anything related to what you want to know but you could either post it to the Forum as a question and/or contact user support to see if they know the answer. With 587 files to convert it must be worth a try.
