Fire in woodstove rebuilt and going nicely (glad I brought in the extra firewood last night), tea (double bergamot Earl Grey) made and half consumed, finished load of laundry and it's in the dryer, breakfast eaten (no, not the rest of the calzone, the bread pudding I made Wednesday).

Should go back upstairs and call Tom. Maybe find out what the game plan is for today.

I really hate spending the night alone in the house (alone except for the cats). Slept well, though, I guess. Only woke up around 3 a.m., but managed to get back to sleep.
