I wonder how Burton Lane and Alan Lerner's names became associated with Second Hand Rose. That 1921 publishing date puts it too early for either one of them. They were around, but were either doing any composing at the time. Maybe they did an arrangement and added some lyrics for the version of it that Streisand sang in FUNNY GIRL.
