I cleaned my bathroom tiles a few weeks ago, well, the grouting part...with neat, household bleach put into a jam jar, and an old toothbrush.   The stains were horrible, really brown in places...but now it all looks like new! Brilliant White.

Loads of elbow grease needed though, and patience...but it really works.
