The Subject line for this thread truncates what you probably entered, so we can't tell what thread you're talking about. The error message only tells us that the thread id failed, but doesn't tell us what id you told it to look for.

This thread has the full url:

http://mudcat.org/thread.cfm?threadid=126498&messages=4

What you entered to go to the thread in question should look similar, with a different number following the "threadid=" and a different number after the "&messages=."

The threadid should consist of a thread number and number of messages.

The error message is telling you that it couldn't find what you entered as the "address" for the thread.

If you used a link to try to go to the thread, the link might have been constructed with a link error.

The address might have been mistyped.

Sometimes a copy and paste adds an extraneous character, or drops one.

The data base might have a "corrupt entry" for the particular thread you're looking for.

The long delay you see is because the 'cat is looking for something it can't find. The blank screen and error message just tell you that it failed to find what you asked for.

If you can enter the full target url in a post to this thread (as text - no need to make a link), so that we can tell what specific thread you're trying to load, one of us might be able to see if the url has an error, or we could try to see if we can access the thread you want.
