Thank you for your reply, Tim. If all our things weren't in storage (we are in the USA temporarily) I could dig out some photos taken on our way home from the school bus one summer day back in the 1970s, all wearing our delightful school uniforms. When we do come home, summer 2011, I'd be happy to do that. I have such lovely memories of your parents' home in Badgeworth, always lively, but somehow also calm, your Mum at the centre of it all, cooking proper food from scratch, kettle on, your Dad popping his head round the door: "Mary..." if he couldn't find things, etc! And your sister has been such a good friend, her home in Leckhampton (some years ago!) always open to people dropping in! Anthony I didn't know so well - he always seemed so grown up from our perspective, but always polite. You are all in my thoughts.
