Dear Mr Schweik, Noel was but the public face of t'Committee (the rest of us)! A litle larger than life, he did give the impression he ran everything (Bless him)! He worked for BT as an Engineer, well-known as being a bolshy lot, but is now long retired, close-shaven and respectable.
