Just made chocolate biscotti using the excellent Baker's 70% Chocolate, grating their bakers' squares to get sufficient for the recipe.

Baker's is one of the companies taken over by Kraft, the name and bulk chocolate products continued and, in the case of the 70%, augmented in recent years.
