Ask anyone if there is a difference between a person and a corporation.

If even half the people you asked said there was no difference, then you would have to accept that some difference between a corporation and a person exists perceptually (right or wrong) in our population.

Personally I suspect that less than 1 in 100 people would say there is no difference between a person and a corporation.

However if you asked for any similarities between a person and a corporation I think most people could come up with some similarities.

example, "They both could rape you but one would do it with impunity and a staff of 300 lawyers on thier side"
