Hi!An older friend spontaneously burst into a rhyming song, probably from the 1930s because of its references, and she was overcome with joy. I thought it would be nice to find her a recorded version of this ditty.
It begins with something like, "Do you remember the shimmy? Or who invented the [blankity-blank]?" It ends with something like, "because if you remember, then you are older than I . . . "
Any good guesses about what the title of this song is?
