Apologies for slight thread drift, but my wife was a student at Margaret McMillans college, Bradford in the early '70's. She wasn't much into folk in those days, but her and two friends were given free tickets to see Ralph McTell at St Georges Hall. When the three of them arrived, they doubled the size of the audience! Seems that Ralph was not quite as popular in those days...
