THIS is what really happened....

These guys on the court felt desperate that Obama actually had more campaign money than a Republican for the first time in 50 years.

How could this happen!!, they said. We have to do somthing to make sure no Democrat will every have more election money than any Republican anywhere ever again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

so....they got the job done this week. it didn't have to be correct or legal since they are the law.
