The last time a constitutional ammendment was proposed was by Bush.
It was a constitutional ammendment to ban gay marriage.

A Constitutional ammendment to prevent citizenship to all corporations to have unlimited influence on US elections is a possible proposal to remedy the situation. It is not an argument.



I have no idea if your above post is usual or not, but it was clearly short sighted, off the mark and personally hostile without cause.
