That was an absolutely stonking night. We really hit a groove on some of those tunes - I know I've never played Sir John Fenwick's better. And many thanks to Liz and Sid, whose contributions were unforgettable. Playing for a clog-dancer was something else - Liz's footwork took my breath away (which is a bit of a drawback when you're trying to play the whistle!). File under Why We Do This Stuff.
