LOL.... we have thousands of miles of roads with ice on them in the winter in Montana, and there are NO salt trucks on them!

The runoff would be like sea water if they salted all the ice in a Montana winter. Even the city streets do not get salt that would melt the ice, just some sand at major intersections.
