How the hell is this country ever going to build itself a sustainable future if it can't invest in its future.
Meanwhile, city bonuses and house prices are flying back up to unsustainable levels, and WE are paying off the debt for money that WE lent THEM to get them out of a hole.
And now that we've bailed them out, are they doing anything to help us out in return?
