thesession.org was very useful - being able to search for a session by country, town and day of the week.

I noticed there's one in Camberwell, which is walking distance for me. I'll check if it's still going.

Blythe Hill Tavern sounds fantastic by all the accounts. Though I suspect I'd probably need to brush up on my tunes. Maybe I'll go along for a listen first, keeping the fiddle well hidden till I know what's what.
