I frequently ditch cookies also. I usually manage to carefully avoid deleting the mudcat one in my purges, but sometimes get careless. I generally haven't had any trouble resetting it as described above, however I could see how that could get annoying if you nonselectively dump all the cookies and have to reset frequently. I used to have my computer set to ask about accepting cookies, but that also got annoying when the number of cookies in general increased to where single sites were wanting to set numerous cookies or I had to respond everytime I went back and forth between pages. No I don't have one of the filter programs
