I would expect a place to stay and meals. A chair for the stage, two microphones if the venue needed them--one for voice and one for guitar. Split the gate 50/50 if I'm alone. We negotiate if others are on the bill.

If you're paying me thousands, then I'll cover my own travel and expenses. My purpose would be to have some money when I got back home. You haven't explained where "here" is, so that could change a few things.
