early spring to early/mid winter as work-up to a Smithsonian exhibit my county will be getting in the winter.

My plan is to get each of the towns within my county involved in planning/hosting an activity on a revolving schedule. They will do all the local organizing (with me as support/overlooker) and the project will provide/pay for musicians, demonstrators and whatever else seems like a good addition to the activity.
My intention is to remind these small communities that we're fortunate to have Small Communities and get some positive things rolling for them.

There are ten towns (including townships) within the county. I am calling it a 'monthly' activity..but am hoping it's more often than that.

While weather permits, the setting will be outside..mainstreet stage. Very informal.
