Well... guess what? It started snowing lightly at 11:30AM...

I went out and did my preparations....as best I could. Moved car & van to the base of drive and covered them with sheets of plastic, leaving a clear area behind them where I can easily?? shovel when it's over, then I can move vehicles back and have 'relatively' clear access to street with as little shoveling as possible. Also lined up about 8 trash cans and plastic tubs in the narrowest area between house & driveway, so I can just lift and dump them, leaving some bare pavement underneath.

(Taking pics as I go... need to document this one! I 'may' go out and shovel several times during the evening, on my theory that doing 15 minutes on 3" 4-5 times is better than 3 hours of 20" when it's done.)
