Hey all! Checking in from a bit NW of Bill, Nancy and the rest of the FSGW crew. We had 18" over here in Rockville as of about 11am this morning when I made the first attempt of shoveling. I'm about to go out for the 2nd. On the bright side, the folks our complex hires to deal with the common sidewalks (and the street) have been through. OTOH they shoveled or blew a lot of that between our cars.

One power outage sometime early in the morning. Don't know when it started, but the power was out when the cats woke us up demanding breakfast at 6:30am. It went back on while we were trying to get back to sleep.

Other than that, just sipping tea and watching DVDs and TiVO.

Oh yes, and I'm mightily *PISSED* the storm wiped out BOTH the MiniFest and a James Keelaghan concert in Baltimore. Been a few years since we've seen Keelo.
