I am looking for leads for a festival performer of traditional Welsh music in the Northeast U.S. or of course someone on tour in late summer. We are a small festival with a budget that is at least as strapped as anyone else's. We have had one Welsh singer who is very good but we would like some variety from year to year. Any suggestions?
