A friend who shall remain nameless for obvious reasons used an unusualy warm summer to plant canabis all over a lovely south facing motorway embankment. I don't think anyone noticed and he had a wonderful harvest that year. When I asked what he would have done if someone had taken it he just used the same reply as he would have given to the law - "It's not mine, mate, I just saw it growing there". Dunno if he would have got away with it:-)

Wonder if they could use other embankments for more legitimate purposes?
