I cannot understand why a more sophisticated method of bomb detection cannot be produced. Seeing soldiers walking about with metal detectors similar to that which can be bought in the high street, seems a risky and time consuming process. Many soldiers lives are being lost to roadside bombs,I think it needs a bit more thought.
