I had 4 wisdoms and 2 impacted molars (or 3 if you count the tooth tangled up in the roots) out at same time in my late 20s.

No dry socket and not able to use pain killer afterwards because I had small children to look after. I just kept ice packs on my face. Worked very well.   Did have great bruise on my chest because the dentist had to brace his knee on my chest to get the teeth out without pulling me out of the chair.
